Autonomous non-profit organization “Khabarovsk krai Agency for attraction of investments and development of innovations” – is an organization with activities focused on attracting investments to the territory of Khabarovsk krai, providing information-advisory and organizational support to investment and innovation technology projects, investment activity advancement and development of the export potential of the territory.

The founder of the Agency is the Khabarovsk krai Government.

What will the investor be granted on their addressing the Agency?

• analysis of business proposal and business model of the project;
• information-advisory, legal, consulting assistance in matters of receiving state support measures and project implementation in the territory of the region;
• project complete planning: advice in preparing the investment project concept and business plan, and determining the risks;
• selecting a site and infrastructure for the project;
• search for and cooperation of investors on matters of joint implementation of projects;
• support of the investment projects in the executive bodies of the region and local authorities under “One-Stop-Shop” regime;
• investment project promotion in Russia and abroad.

What will the innovator be granted on addressing the Agency?

• financing of R&D works for development of new products/technologies of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship;
• support of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in improving, upgrading and implementing new technology processes;
• formalization of the certificate or declaration of conformity for the produced goods, conduct of laboratory tests;
• promotion of innovation, production, engineering companies – the entities of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship.
