Creation of wholesale-distribution agro-industrial park “AgroKhab”

In the result of implementing the project, in the region there will be created a wholesale-distribution centre, which will include a complex of vegetable storehouses, freezing warehouse, dry warehouses and a service agro-industrial park with the facilities for acceptance, storing and processing of agricultural products. The cluster facilities will be connected by utility links in between, and also be included in cooperation chains along with other agricultural enterprises of Khabarovsk and Primorsky krais, Amur and Jewish Autonomous Oblasts.
The main consumer of the products will be the wholesale and retails companies, public food enterprises, budgetary institutions of the area and neighboring regions.
The implementation of the investment project “AGROKHAB” is on-going at the site of the territory of advanced socio-economic development of Khabarovsk krai in the settlement of Rakitnoe (ASEZ “Khabarovsk”). Such location of the project will allow for ensuring, in the frameworks of the project, the saving of costs of creating and connecting to infrastructure, including power-, gas-, water supply, waste water discharge, motor ways, preferential taxation. The specified costs are supposed to be state-covered in furtherance of Federal Law of 29.12.2014 №473-FZ “About territories of advanced socio-economic development of the Russian Federation”.

Phase I – creating capacities for storing and processing agricultural vegetable commodities produced by the agricultural companies of the region;
Phase II – creating specialized storing and logistics capacities, and processing capacities for the needs of the manufacturers and consumers of the agricultural products of the region, as well as for export.

- Provision of tax incentives and preferences (the project is granted the ASEZ resident status)
- Support of the investment project based on “one-Stop-Shop” principle
- The project implementation is possible with application the PPP mechanism.
The land plot of the area of 30 ha with cadastral number 27:17:0329204:2422 is under lease of the project promoter.
